Well, I owned the Scout for 28 minutes. Driving home at 60-65mph the right front tire blew out. Didnt get soft or low, just shredded in a cloud of blue smoke. I almost got it back under control, but when the rim got into the ditch it was all over, I was just along for the ride. It rolled over twice and came to rest upside down. This scout was in the best shape of any I had ever seen , short of a full restoration. No rust, strong motor etc. I'm just sick. Guess it wasnt ment to be.

Oh yeah, I'm fine, just beat up some. The Scout, sadly is dead as a doorknob.

Well shit, there's your excuse to make it a crawler...SOA, Dana 60's, 4 link the rear end, ARB Air lockers in the front/rear....time to have some fun with it.

nothing to crawl over around here, at best it could be a mud buggy...lol. was going to let the wrecker service have it for the wrecker fee, but i guess I'll go get it today and haul it home....i think that most of the damage is the body, the motor, rest of the drive train etc is ok....the warn winch is enough of a reason to go get it i guess...........
