Apparently I have a very rare FMX floor shifter in my 1971 Scout 2. The neutral safety and backup switch is located in the shifter "box" on the transmission tunnel, not on the transmission like the more common Torqueflight. My shifter operates fine, but the neutral safety switch is gone. I cannot find this part or pictures anywhere. I assume it is similar to the Mustang and Torinos that had this transmission/shifter combination. Has anyone here had to deal with this and how did you resolve it? Thank you for your input. Scott
