    Default blower motor removal

I have the heater box out of my 67 Travelall and am attempting to take the heater core out, which requires taking both blower motors out. I cannot see how they come out. I have the circular covers off of both ends and have taken out the hex screw on the collar that holds the air movement wheel to the shaft of the blower motor. I cannot remove the collars.

Am I missing something? How do take the blowers out?

    Thanks.

It appears that soaking them the collars in WD40 for 3 or 4 days, then taping them with a prybar for about a minute breaks the air movement wheels loose. Now I just need to figure out how the motors are acutally secured in there.
